One of Japan’s and the world’s most prolific designers, Yumi Katsura was born in Tokyo and studied the techniques of haute couture in Paris at Les Ecoles de la Chambre Syndicale de La Couture Parisienne. She opened her first bridal store in 1964. All of her gowns are modern masterpieces, with lots of texture – Yumi is known for her over-the-top details featuring lace peplums, ruffled overskirts and ornate crystals. Special Pricing.
