Join us in downtown Montauk August 14-16, 2015 for the Montauk Show on the Green art fair. Now in its 21st year, the event attracts artists from across America and overseas. Thanks to your gracious support of the event, the Montauk Art on the Green is ranked one of Long Island’s top fine art festivals and provides essential support for the Montauk Artists’ Association.
The Montauk Show on the Green weaves a tapestry of spectacular art from original creations in painting, sculpting, jewelry, photography, glass, ceramics, fiber and wearable art, mixed-media, woodworking and more. If you do not find what you want commission a unique piece of art made specifically for you! Enjoy the rare opportunity to talk with the artist creating the pieces on display. This interaction and knowledge adds inestimable value to the artwork you purchase.
The festival opens Friday August 14, 2015 at noon and remains open until 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is free. Most importantly: be open to the sense of discovery and beauty you will experience and what you will undoubtedly learn of yourself in the process.
