Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles, in open areas, and on elevated roads and bridges. Use extra caution. , "Special Statement" A combination of very cold temperatures and plenty of residual moisture and leftover standing water on area roads will freeze, or remain frozen. This will lead to areas of black ice.
