AUTISM SPEAKS LONG ISLAND YOUTH LEADERSHIP COUNCIL WILL RAISE AWARENESS AND FUNDS FOR AUTISM ADVOCACY, RESEARCH AND SERVICES AT THE 2ND ANNUAL BLUE RUN FOR AUTISM ON SUNDAY, APRIL 6TH AT EISENHOWER PARK
WHAT:
Autism Speaks Long Island Chapter Youth Council will hold the 2nd Annual Blue Run for Autism fundraising and awareness event for families and individuals affected by autism, along with their families, friends and other supporters. All event proceeds will support Autism Speaks’ work, both locally and ...nationally, to increase awareness about the growing autism health crisis, fund innovative autism research and family services, and advocate for the needs of individuals with autism and their families in Long Island and beyond.
The Blue Run for Autism will feature:
* A 5K, Family Fun Run and Walk and a Kids’ Dash
* Prizes will be awarded to Top Male and Female Runners in the Teen and Adult categories
* All Kids Dash participants will receive a participation ribbon
* All pre-registered runners will receive an event T-Shirt
