Learn to defend, and WIN, against an attacker with a weapon. Covered weapons will include knives, guns, and bludgeons. This class is appropriate for women 16 years and older and men 18 years and older. No restrictions on physical abilities or fitness levels, and no previous self defense training is required. Modern Warrior teaches self defense for the real world; that means it has to work for YOUR world! Students with limited range of motion, limb/joint, and mobility issues are encouraged to enroll. All tactics & techniques taught in this course can be adjusted on-the-spot in order to enable each student to achieve the same end result (such as disarming your attacker) even if they get there differently.
