Learn what to do if someone grabs you, holds you, or tries to pull you with them!  

 
**Breaking Holds & Exploiting Grabs**
Saturday, August 27th  from 6-10 pm


Many violent crimes include some sort of grab, hold, or pull - abduction, sexual assault, someone grabbing you so another can hit you, and so on. The goal of restricting your target's movements is a popular one, and it's used often! 

First and foremost, getting grabbed doesn’t have to be a bad thing!!! This class will teach you how to turn that attacker's grab or hold into an opportunity to get safe and get away!

 

- Advance Registration, with a 50% deposit, IS Required.

- NO previous self defense training needed! Bring only your desire to learn how to defend yourself!

$50; $46 each for groups of 2 or more
Seniors, LEO, & Military/Veterans: $45 per person;  $41 each for groups of 2 or more
