St. Joseph’s College (SJC) offers continuing education courses for the college community to expand their knowledge of an array of topics. The course “The World of Cheese” will be presented by Rosemary Dougherty Batcheller, who will lead a discussion on all things cheese, including where it comes from and how it tastes.
