Description

Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) hosted by The Suffolk County Department of Health Services beginning on Friday, September 5th. The series will run on Fridays for 16 weeks from 3-4 PM at Mather Hospital. Held in conference rooms 1 & 2.

Sessions will cover lifestyle changes - physical activity and improving food choices.

Please register. Once the weekly series is up, monthly sessions will follow.
