Description

Diabetes Self-Management Education Seminar held at the South Brookhaven Family Health Center. Four week series that meets on Mondays and is presented by The Suffolk County Department of Health Services in collaboration with Cornell University Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County.

This seminar will provide attendees with diabetes and/or their caretakers, with the knowledge they need to properly self-manage their diabetes and enable them to lead healthier and happier lives.
