Description

We’re mashing up 2 cultures on 1 stage with an open dance floor! Featuring Basilio Georges and his group Flamenco Latino, one of the NYC’s premier flamenco and tango groups, and Lucy Blanco and the Afri-Garifuna Jazz Ensemble, presenting a fusion of jazz and the endangered culture of Garifuna music. Each band plays a set, then the two meet and jam.
