A recent Supreme Court ruling Tibble v. Edison has completely changed the landscape for employers, plan sponsors/fiduciaries and employees. If you are a fiduciary, as most employeers are in some capacity, your personal assets are at risk. Your current advisor may have discussed this with you already, but unfortunately, we have learned that many have not.
Speakers will be discussing the new risks for business owners regarding benefit packages and the DOL. There will be a 20 minute Q&A Panel as well to make sure your concerns are heard and solutions are offered.
