Soul Street will keep you on the edge of your seat. The dynamic dance company puts their athletic, high-energy movement on display to an eclectic mix of music ranging from Vivaldi to rock and roll to hip hop and every stop in between. The Houston-based company was selected to represent the United States abroad as part of the State Department’s Arts Envoys touring program. They have recently completed two tours of the European Eastern Bloc, sharing the joy of dance through workshops and performances with young aspiring dancers from the former Soviet Union countries and are currently in preparation for a tour of Haiti.
