You're invited to join us for a free-in person conference for people in the early stages of Alzheimer's or another dementia, care partners and family members on common legal and financial issues to consider after a dementia diagnosis. We will serve breakfast for all attendees.
We will also have free respite care on site by Home Companion Services with activities provided by Long Island Alzheimer's and Dementia Center (LIADC). The person living with dementia is NOT confirmed for respite until speaking with the Long Island Chapter staff and receiving confirmation. Please call 800.272.3900 to request a screening appointment.
