Description

“Beauty is NOT Just Skin Deep”, for Grandmothers, Mothers & Daughters ages 12 and up, will be showing two powerful films; hosting expert panelists in the areas of nutrition, fitness, body image and healthy relationships; and will be providing makeovers, reiki circles and neck massages. Participants will enjoy a day focused on body image and women empowerment. Lunch and refreshments will be served.
