Description

Mirabelle at Three Village Inn has introduced a new dinner menu. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Fernando Machado, features a variety of new dishes that showcase fresh and local produce. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant directly at 631-584-5999. The new menu items, subject to change, include:

 

Butter Board

Roasted cauliflower, dry apricots, roasted almonds, Shropshire blue cheese, fried sunchokes, curry honey glaze

 

Grilled Octopus

Purple potato, Brussels Sprout leaves, caper shallot gremolata

 

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

Celery root and apple with creamy lemon sauce, micro salad

 

Homemade Meatballs

Marinara sauce, homemade ricotta cheese

 

Cream of Mushroom and Chestnut Soup
