Explore three private gardens in Cutchogue, Flanders, and Stony Brook, open to the public for self-guided tours to benefit the Garden Conservancy. No reservations required; rain or shine. Highlights include a Japanese garden with a tea house, stream, and a large lily pond, numerous paths and overlooks leading down an eighty-foot elevation down to sea level with views of the Peconic Bay, antique and salvaged garden ornaments, and a woodland walk with winding paths leading to a 6,000 gallon koi pond.
