Come run for a great cause!!  All proceeds from the Shelter Island Fall 5K Run/Walk go to the North Fork Breast Health Coalition and Coalition for Women’s Cancers at Southampton Hospital.  A free shuttle bus will transport participants from North Ferry to staging area 9-10:15 a.m. and back to North Ferry until 1 p.m. Medals will be given out to top finishers and first-place breast cancer survivor runner and walker (and kids!).  There is also a raffle to benefit Lucia’s Angels. Fee: $30 before Oct. 15; $40 day of event; $10 children 14 and under.
