Singles Kickboxing Class

With a New Year comes an opportunity to change the way you look and feel. Our instructors are certified professionals who will motivate, encourage, and help guide you through your workout. It's like having a personal trainer each and every class in a group environment! We will also be going over nutritional guidance FREE after our class. Refreshments and snacks will be served.
