Description

Enjoy a day on the fishing piers at Captree State Park for the annual derby! Bring your own equipment or for a small fee rent equipment from the Captree Fuel, Bait and Tackle Shop. Age categories are as follows: 7 years old & younger; 8 – 12 years old; and 13 – 16 years old. Awards ceremony will begin at 1:30 pm for the 1st thru 3rd heaviest snapper and crab in each age category.
