Grillfire Syosset is taking the idea of "Taco Tuesday" to the next level. The neighborhood favorite has announced that every Tuesday "The Cantina" will come alive. The night will feature a variety of specials inspired by the bold flavors of Mexico and the Southwest. Entrees are individually priced and are all served with a salad or soup to start and dessert to finish. Selection, subject to change, may include:
