Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Storm Watch means there is a potential for significant snow...sleet...or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Noted art critic, writer and social historian Dr. Charles A. Riley II offers a rediscovery of the legendary talents of artist Fritz Bultman. Though not well known by the public, Bultman was very much a part of the world of Abstract Expressionism, a drinking buddy and respected rival of Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning, Franz Kline and Hans Hofmann.
