Join our East End Community in dance, song and spoken word to help The Retreat raise awareness about domestic violence. Lynn Blue and others will perform, all ages welcome, men, women, boys and girls. Celebrate our female community and get engaged to keep our families safe and happy. Free, but donations to The Retreat most welcome. If you’d like to learn the OBR global dance, meet at Guild Hall at 2:15pm. The mic will be made open for anyone who might like to add a story or poem to our planned performances.
Kate Mueth and The Neo-Political Cowgirls are a not-for-profit professional dance theater company committed to making new work in the theater in order to increase the stories about and from the perspective of women. Workshops for girls and women are the thrust of our education outreach, about which we are passionate.
