Description

Run For Heroes 5K will be held to benefit local VFWs and American Legions. All proceeds go directly to supporting our veterans.

Run/Walk through scenic East Rockaway, rain or shine. Flat and fast course with personalized finish line announcing and computerized chip timing.
   
When: Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 9:30 am (check-in from 8:00am to 9:15am)

Entry Fee: Pre- Registration: $25.00 (must be postmarked before April 8);  
Day of Race Registration: $30.00
