Mindfulness --put simply-- is being in the present moment. It is not dwelling on the past. It is not worrying about the future. It is the here and now.
It is Atman Youth’s goal to give children the opportunity to learn about self love, compassion, confidence and kindness. To encourage them to create space to respond —rather than react— to any given situation. And most importantly, to give children the opportunity to explore who they are, and to be proud of what they find.
SCHEDULE:
Every Saturday May 5 - June 23
Ages 5-7: 2:30pm-3:15pm
Ages 8-10: 3:30pm-4:30pm
