Spain’s national dish, paella, is taking center stage at R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid this month. The restaurant is hosting its second annual Paella Day Party on Wednesday, March 27th to celebrate this Spanish delicacy.
Chef Alex Bujoreanu will preparing three versions for guests: Demarisco (calamari, mussels, shrimp, clams) Duck and artichoke (confit duck, artichokes, chorizo) or Huerta (seasonal vegetables). The full menu also includes appetizers, such as classic Patatas Bravas and Pinchos Duo, an la carte dessert, and wine pairings, For additional Spanish libations, a “Make Your Own” Sangria bar will be stocked with all the necessary ingredients for guests to make their own refreshing glass or pitcher.
Seatings are available by from 5pm - 9:30pm. Reservations can be made on Resy. The cost of the dinner is $50 per person with wine pairings, or $35 for dinner only. Sangria is $10 by the glass, $40 for the pitcher.
The Hampton Maid is also offering a “Stay & Dine” option for anyone wishing to make the evening a fun overnight getaway. It includes dinner and continental breakfast, for two. Pricing is $340/night for a Junior suite, and $416/night for a deluxe suite.
