Designed for adult participants of all ages - from young adults to long lived, this class will guide you comfortably through ballet fundamentals to refine your grace, strength, and fitness while improving your balance, flexibility, posture, core stabilization, coordination, and control. Open to all levels!
Taught by Leisa Taylor of LTMovement.
No previous experience is necessary. Ballet slippers or socks and comfortable fitness attire are recommended. Bring water!
