St. John’s Lutheran Church, Lindenhurst, is sponsoring the 30th Annual Barn Dance on Saturday, November 10, 2011, at the Lindenhurst Fireman’s Memorial Park Pavilion, on Heling Blvd., off of Wellwood and Hartford, Avenues, Lindenhurst, from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.
This year’s Barn Dance, open to the public, 16 years and over, will include the complete and live Square Dance Band from Brooklyn, NY – James Reams and the Barn Stormers – along with the popular Square Dance Caller – Don Coy. The evening will also feature Line Dancing, led by Brooklyn’s Dot Coy.
Hero Sandwiches, salads, chips and pretzels will be on each table. Soda, beer and wine, cake and coffee will be provided. There will be no B.Y.O.B. allowed at this event. Dancing will be available through the band, Square Dance Caller, and Line Dance Instructor throughout the evening. The festivities include a Sheriff, jail, mock wedding ceremonies, door prizes, and raffles.

There will be no ticket sales at the door and all ticket sales are final.
