Celebrated Restaurateur Zach Erdem brings another dining hotspot to the Hamptons with Blu Mar. Occupying the Old Post House, and situated within Harpoon House, an intimate new hotel, the Mediterranean seafood restaurant marries pristine, wild seafood from Atlantic, Pacific and Mediterranean waters, caught or flown in daily, with seasonal ingredients, harvested locally and at their peak. Open for dinner and weekend brunch, the menu includes sharable mezzes, bright crudos, house-made pastas cooked to order, all alongside a selection of rotating simply grilled proteins served with farm vegetables. The restaurant also has a “simply grilled” section served with a choice of sauces, as well as pastas and vegetable sides. In addition to dinner and weekend brunch, Blu Mar has a nightly happy hour.
