Description

"We will be hiking the lesser known side trails in this, my favorite park; who knows, maybe we’ll find a new one! If snowy or icy footing we will stay on the paved path; rain cancels; bring water and snack; from NY 25 go north on Woodbury Rd., which becomes West Neck Rd. after crossing NY 25A; continue approx. 6 miles to park entrance on left; from the east take NY 110 north to NY 25A in Huntington (Main St.); go left on 25A to West Neck Rd., then right and follow it to park; meet in lot near entrance."
