Sandbar will offer a special prix fixe menu in celebration of Valentine’s Day on Thursday, February 14 beginning at 5 p.m. The three course menu will be offered for $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. The regular a la carte menu will also be available. Menu items, subject to change, include:
APPETIZERS

Chickpea fries and sriracha aioli
Duck tacos, daikon, jalapeno, hoisin, cilantro
Shrimp cocktail, lemon and cocktail sauce
Pan-roasted foie gras, salsify puree, asparagus,
blood orange reduction, caramelized pecans (+$15)
Tuna tartare, ginger, scallion, sesame, avocado, sriracha
