Description

The Backyard Restaurant at SoléEast Resort has announced the kick off to The Montauk Summer Series with a Sweetbitter Dinnerfeaturing New York Times bestselling author Stephanie Danler on Friday, July 27thfrom 7 to 11 p.m.  The evening will include a special summer tomato prix fixe dinner hosted by Stephanie Danler followed by an outdoor TV screening of Sweetbitter’sSTARZ series.   

 

The evening will begin with a feast curated by Stephanie complete with wine and beer pairings, followed by an outdoor screening of the first episode of the new SweetbitterSTARZ series. Guests will also be treated to a complimentary copy of the bestselling book, Sweetbitter.  The menu is as follows:

 

Tomato tart

Composed summer salad with aioli

Roasted eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes stuffed with breadcrumbs

Surf & turf with anchovy butter

Tisane of lemon verbena (hot or iced)

Berry cobbler
