Description

One of the North Fork’s hottest waterfront restaurants’ Duryea’s Orient Point will reopen for the 2022 season on Thursday, May 19th. Featuring indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant offers a seafood centric menu featuring several of Duryea’s signature dishes, such as the Lobster Cobb Salad, lobster roll, tuna tartare and fresh crudités platter, alongside a variety of Mediterranean style dishes including a Mediterranean spreads platter with hummus, green tahini, salted-cod tarama, Greek olives and grilled flat bread; Spanish octopus with roasted tomato, olives, garbanzo beans & roasted pepper aioli, EVOO; Greek melon salad; falafel gyro; 3lb. local black bass with Greek-Thai salad & flat bread; and lemon pepper organic chicken with grilled gem lettuce, fried crushed potato and lemon natural jus.  Duryea’s Orient Point offers a wine and beer list as well as several specialty cocktail pitchers designed for sharing.   The restaurant will offer reservations this year for the first time, and will begin taking them prior to opening beginning Monday, May 2nd on Resy.

Duryea’s Orient Point will launch the Beach Club on June 25th.  A transportive seaside oasis, the Beach Club offers expansive views of Gardiners Bay, and will feature a rotating set of DJs spinning world beats every weekend.  Nestled just a few feet away from the restaurant, the unique boho-chic beach-style scene, reminiscent of the Greek islands, is the perfect spot for daytime lounging and festive celebrations. The Beach Club will feature Mediterranean-cuisine created by chef Philippe Corbet including raw bar items, Asado-style barbeque brochettes, and Duryea’s signature crudités platter & Mediterranean spreads. A place to enjoy chilled rosé under the warm sun with your toes in the sand, the Beach Club at Duryea’s Orient Point is a destination location and the ultimate North Fork spot for a large waterfront event or smaller occasion for those seeking a venue for private events.  The Beach Club will be open (weather dependent) Friday through Sunday 12 – 8 p.m. throughout the summer and reservations will be available on Resy.

Duryea’s Orient Point offers several transient boat slips at the marina accommodating up to 75-foot vessels available on a first come first served basis.  Duryea’s Orient Point will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday, until June 15th when the restaurant will be closed only Tuesdays.
