Description

Some birds are beginning to migrate north already while other winder residents still linger along the beach. During this early spring guided walk, visit barrier beach habitats to observe some of Fire Island's various bird species. Expect a variety of ducks, gulls, shorebirds, sparrows, and maybe a hawk or two. Bring binoculars. Roundtrip walk 3 miles.
