Description

Third annual Italian festival dedicated to San Paolino di Nola being held at St Catherine of Sienna Church located at 990 Holzheimer St, Franklin Square, NY.  (New Hyde Park Road and Holzheimer St)

The feast will feature Italian foods and delicacies, entertainment, rides and games.  On Friday, June 28, the feast will feature the "Children's Giglio" which is a smaller verion of the 85 foot "adult" giglio.  Music will be provided by Danny Vecchiano and his Italian Street Band.

On Saturday, June 29, commencing at 5:30pm, 120 men will lift and carry an 85 foot giglio (tower) throught nearby streets to Italian Traditional Music alos provided by Danny Vecchiano's Italian Street Band.
