Remember that Frosty said he’d be back again someday? Well he is right here in Oakdale dancing and singing and coming to life! What a perfect way to spend an hour during the holiday season. Watch as Frosty the Snowman comes alive when the kids put Professor Hinkles hat on Frosty's head.
