This will be an enriching, safe opportunity for sharing and learning how to deepen relationships of all kinds, while achieving more often the results we desire.

By being authentic in-the-moment, anxiety and depression can be relieved, as new vistas open up for connection and enjoyment of the moment.

I promise you will have the opportunity for an enjoyable and rewarding experience!

So, what is heart-wise communication?

Heart-wise communication brings together our feelings and wisdom into action together, as a whole person, for more well-being, fulfillment, and success in reaching desired goals.

For many people, heart-wise communication will mean an opportunity to improve the connection and authenticity in important relationships, even when things are going mostly well.

In addition, when under stress, rather than react with our first impulses of anger or feelings of rejection or similar negative emotions, we can tune into a more complete awareness of each situation and respond in a more present, deeply felt manner to enhance the results and well-being for self and other.

Along with experiencing positive feelings more clearly and fully, you can understand and better resolve, for example: arguments with loved ones; feelings of dissatisfaction in your daily environment; rivalries; and parenting challenges.

The resulting sense of well-being is an antidote to the cycle of worry that can understandably be dominant in today's world of pandemic and economic and health uncertainty.
