This Fall, Kids Run Long Island will hold its third Kids Fun Run Series event at Bethpage State Park for kids ages 3 to 11 years old.
This family friendly event will take place on Sundays- October 1, October 15 and October 22 at 5pm. The event is run in a non-competitive, non-intimating setting with a goal to encourage kids to be active and realize that fitness can be fun. The distance for each race varies based on the age of the participant to make it challenging but achievable. Each child receives an event t-shirt, racing bib, participation ribbons, and a custom award medal at the last race as they cross the finish line. Healthy snacks will be provided after each race.
