Black Legacy Partners in partnership with the NAACP branches of Nassau County announces “Long Island’s Annual Juneteenth Cultural Festival” 2023 will return to Hicksville, NY on Saturday, June 17th at the Hicksville LIRR outdoor parking lots. For the third consecutive year, the Juneteenth Cultural Festival along with thousands of local residents and visitors will celebrate culture, entrepreneurship, love, pride and community throughout the entire day from 12pm-6pm. “Long Island’s Juneteenth Cultural Festival” has been the leading and most celebrated outdoor event for African American families and adults 18-75 for the past three consecutive years since the official declaration as a federal holiday by President Biden in 2021.
