"Demonstrations & hands-on activities will be on-going: native food displays with sampling; medicinal plant displays; primitive tools & artifacts: corn-grinding,pump-drill, & fire-bow; face painting using natural rock pigments; use an atlatlfor spear-throwing; fire-building & on-site cooking with sampling; handle natural clay for pottery-making (not for take-home); help make 12-foot long dugout canoe; plus films. Held rain or shine, activities are both indoors & outside. There are a variety of foods to sample, however, we recommend you bring a bag lunch and spend the day! *$5.00/child 5-12 years/seniors, $8.00/adult; includes all activities & museum admission.
