Description

 Join us for the 5th annual "Out on a Limb Beach Benefit" on Sunday, October 14th, down at the Mushrooms at Lido.  Bring the entire family for an afternoon of fun, with a Beach Obstacle Course, Music from Live Bands, Food from local restaurants, raffles, giveaways, and much more!

All while supporting the Out on a Limb Foundation, whose mission is ...Improving the lives of children with limb loss both domestic and international, by strengthening the amputee community and providing pediatric prosthetic care to all.  This will be accomplished by doing the following...

  • Build a Pediatric Prosthetic Center in NY, where no child's family has to pay out of pocket expenses.  The children are trained by a clinical team of Prosthetists. PT, OT, and amputee mentors.
  • Provide Prostheses to children with limb loss all around the world, that are in need of prosthetic care due to lack of health care, poverty, and natural disaster.
  • Establish the Out on a Limb Youth Group for children with limb loss in the NY metropolitan area. 
  • Support Camp No Limits, and send many children with limb loss to this amazing program.
