You will also be receiving healing energy throughout the meditation to bring your bodies energy back into alignment so body will better able to heal itself. When you effectively clear the energy, the body can and will heal itself.

You may be surprised and delighted at the lines of communication participating in healing circles and incorporating healing and meditation can have on your relationships with your children.
