Sangria for Life - Fundraising Dinner for Juvenile Diabetes JDRF

"You can help us make a difference! On August 19 th , Sangria 71 will host Sangria 71 for Life to benefit JDRF. This event brings people together to celebrate the tenacity and courage displayed by the type one diabetes (T1D) community while raising money to fund T1D research.

As the largest non-governmental funder of T1D research, JDRF has a proven track record of success. Since our founding, we have aggressively raised awareness, raised or directed nearly $5 billion to researching a cure and supported the T1D community. We drive innovation, demand action and stand with everyone facing life with type 1. This is our mission.

All are invited to join us at Sangria 71 in Commack from 6:00-10:00 pm, in honor of Antonio Fernandez, who has been managing type one diabetes for the past two years. The cost per person is $100, which includes unlimited food and drinks. Attendees are also invited to participate in various raffles and auctions, with prizes ranging from bottles of wine to upstate weekend vacations.

One of our successful sources for fundraising at the event are donations from businesses like your own. Research shows that consumers are loyal to businesses that support the community, especially their own cause. In exchange for your generosity, your business will be recognized prior to and on the day of the event.
