EXPLORATION ACTIVITY BACKPACKPACKS: Using activity-filled, themed backpacks, children and their adult companions can (1) explore the outdoor sculpture collection on Hofstra’s beautiful campus or (2) discover several works of art from the world’s cultures through the indoor Bethpage Federal Credit Union Global Explorer Family Backpack. Children create their own artworks inspired by what they have seen and discussed. Backpacks can be picked up until 3 p.m. during Emily Lowe Gallery open hours (year-round)
THE GREAT ART CAPER. Families can also engage in a seek-and-find activity with the outdoor sculpture collection as they uncover clues to solve a mystery. Caper can be picked up until 4 p.m. during Emily Lowe Gallery open hours (year-round).
