Ohm on the Water has teamed up with Island View Marina to bring SUP Yoga to our end of the Patchogue River! SUP Yoga (All levels) Is perfect for anyone who has never stepped on a paddleboard or taken a yoga class, as well as anyone with yoga and/or SUP experience. Join us for a mindful practice and explore challenging standing poses while learning how to adjust our yoga practice to the water.
