Join us for the 2024 Port Jefferson Health & Wellness Fest at The Meadow Club! The purpose of the Port Jeff Health & Wellness Fest is to promote good health to all in the local areas of Port Jefferson. Over 50 health and wellness professionals will be participating including our three major local hospitals and sponsors, Catholic Health – St. Charles Hospital, Mather Hospital – Northwell Health, and Stony Brook Medicine.
