Locals are familiar with the legend of the Native American princess, Tuskawanta, who supposedly cursed Lake Ronkonkoma. Come to the library ro meet artist, Todd Anett, who carved his interpretation of the princess into a tree. Ellyn Okvist, of the Lake Ronkonkoma Heritage Association, will be her to talk about the legend and the tree. To close the evening, Chief Medicine Bear will give an invocation and drummer Rich Statler will lead a traditional call and response drum circle. No registration required.
