Learn Tai Chi basics to relieve stiffness, increase mobility, balance and rejuvenation. All fitness levels are welcome. Must be able to walk unassisted. This will be an ongoing weekly class. Spring introductory special - first 4 classes are free. Thursdays 4:00 - 4:45 pm starting April 7th. Achieve greater flow of movement, pain reduction and greater "chi" life force energy levels in the body for rejuvenation.
