Consider this Yoga 101. Join owner and instructor Amy Garvey for a 4-week introduction to yoga. You'll be introduced to some of the classic yoga poses and get an idea of what to expect in group classes. We'll discuss the origins and history of yoga to help enrich our practice, and we'll discover the mind-body-breath connection that makes yoga different from other forms of exercise. All of your yoga questions will be answered among a group of other beginners just like you. We'll review the group class schedule and discover the best classes and programs for you. Each week, leave feeling stretched, strengthened, and relaxed!
