During this nutrition and cooking class, we will focus on how the right foods can lessen cramps and premenstrual symptoms and improve fertility. We have long known that food choices can increase or decrease the amount of estrogens in a woman's body. Attendees learn which foods make a difference for estrogen levels while enjoying cooking demonstrations, tasting delicious, healthful dishes and taking home useful class materials and recipes, all in a supportive group setting.
This 3 hour program from the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine and taught by a certified instructor combines all the nutrition education and 5 recipe demonstrations from two PCRM Food for Life Classes: Food for Fertility and Curing Cramps and Premenstrual Syndrome. This class is limited to 8 participants and pre-registration is required. Early Bird and Buddy discounts are available.
