Please join us for an inperson presentation and book discussion. It is the Roaring Twenties and the height of Prohibition. Bootleggers, illegal liquor, and the speakeasy are all part of a cottage industry to circumvent the law. Cussler leaps into the Roaring Twenties with a great adventure book. Speial guest speakers Al Grover and Regina Feeney. librarian/archivist and village historian, will discuss boats built in Freeport to be used as rumrunners. The Library will serve coffee and dessert.
